IntPE Suspended Registrants
Registrants can be suspended for one of three reasons – (i) the registrant did not meet the requirements for continued registration, or (ii) the registrant was suspended due to disciplinary penalties, or (iii) the registrant failed to pay fines or costs in relation to a disciplinary action. In all cases, the maximum period of suspension is 12 months. All orders made on disciplinary matters over the last 3 years are listed on the register as part of the registrant’s status and history details. Registration will be immediately revived if during the period of suspension (i) a registrant is able to meet the requirements for continued registration, or (ii) the end of the period of suspension elapses, or (iii) the overdue fines or costs are paid. If none of these conditions are met after 12 months in abeyance, the registrant’s name will be removed from the ETPract register.
